Welcome to the website of the Harbour-front Enhancement Committee! The Chairman of the Committee is Professor LEE Chack-fan, an expert in geotechnical engineering. Professor LEE explains the work of the Committee and his expectations to work closely together with representatives from professional institutes, harbour planning and development concern groups, green advocates, business sector, and independent personalities to achieve success through consensus building to beautify the harbour-front and create an impact on harbour-front protection work.
There are altogether 29 Members coming from various professions and background who have long interests and experience in harbour-related developments. You can find their names in Membership.
