Second Kai Tak Forum and Site Visit

The Sub-committee on South East Kowloon Development Review of the Harbour-front Enhancement Committee will convene the Second Kai Tak Forum to discuss the community's views on the three Outline Concept Plans, and the responses by Government bureaux/departments and consultants.

The Second Kai Tak Forum will provide the public the opportunity to discuss both the initial ideas and the responses, and provide input on the next stage in planning Kai Tak, the preparation of the Preliminary Outline Development Plan.

Kai Tak Site Visit

Free site visits are arranged to enable the public to familiarize themselves with Kai Tak, the development opportunities and constraints. Each bus tour takes 1.5 hours and there will be three departure times.
