Expert panel report available on Internet

The Expert Panel on Sustainable Transport Planning and Central–Wan Chai Bypass (CWB) today (October 26) presented its report at the meeting of the Harbour-front Enhancement Committee's Sub-committee on the Wan Chai Development Phase II Review (Sub-committee).

The sub-committee held an Expert Panel Forum on September 3 this year providing a platform for transport experts and other concerned parties to air their views on sustainable transport planning and whether there is a need for the CWB to solve traffic problems along the northern shore of Hong Kong Island.
