Central harbourfront and Me ("CHarM") - A central Ferry Piers and Adjoining Area Enhancement Review
What's New
The Central Harbourfront and Me (CHarM) public participatory programme is now completed. Between April and November 2005, a series of public participatory events were held including a brainstorming session, random survey and interview, workshop, exhibition and public forum. All the events were well received and a total of more than 3,000 people participated in these events.
A final report summarising the findings of these events and a Design Brief comprising a set of design principles and guidelines for the future development of the area, endorsed by the Harbour Enhancement Committee on 27 April 2006 are available at this web site.
The Design Brief has been submitted to the Government in June as a guideline for the future planning and development of the Central Ferry Piers and the adjoining area.
